Hang in there. I quit 18 years ago. I was a heavy duty chain smoker 2 plus packs a day. The last two years I smoked I hated it, it was purely addiction at that point.
Don't worry about the cravings, get into exercise and give it time.

I loved my Marlboro's, like one right now but won't.
