Are you a smoker or a former smoker? big time life-long smoker. i quit before and went back. started with expensive cigars... a BIG mistake. i quit going on 4 years now next april. the secret is NEVER have another tobacco product again. it'll be like you're starting at square one. and we both know how horrible that is... Man, I truly admire your win. You are correct, I can not have tobacco. Someone suggested chewing, I wouldn't if i could, I hated it when I tried it when I was young.
