I quit about a year and a half ago. It was tough for me - did it cold turkey.
Got an app on my phone to track the $ and time I was saving my quitting and how my health was improving. At first, I checked it every couple of hours - it was like a game.

The thing NO one talks about is the negative side effects of quitting!
Thought I had the flu. Lasted a couple of months - it was insane,but worth it to stop smiling king and killing myself.

Loved smoking, but I knew in my soul I was very slowly and surely giving myself a death sentence.
