I rarely even smoke actual marijuana now, its all about the nectar collector (dab rig) juju joints and co2 oil cartriges. My lungs have never been happier!

Expensive shit thought but so damn tasty!

Little over 3 weeks for me too. Do not have a cravings what so ever. Have not been drinking though.

I didn't mean to stop this time, I've stopped a few times b4.
But had my last one Thursday, Cinco de Mayo, lol. Hadn't bought another pack.
I'm a light smoker anyway, 2-3 a day or a half pack when drinking!

So I'm going thru my "Day 3" phase!

Sorry I haven't been o much since I sold my shares back to a fine gentlemen, Trinity. How ever, I am going to check in every now an then to check the success of the thread. Longer lives arranged here, quit today, tomorrow, and for ever.

I quit smoking cigs and marijuana nov 22.... Cold turkey.. I had to switch to decaf coffee to help lessen the cravings...

1 year 2 days smoke free.

I quit for three months once, and the entire time I felt like I was hanging on a cliff by my fingernails. Had my first real panic attack when I tried to quit before that. Literally couldn't breathe from the tension. What kind of sense does that make?

How did you get past that?
