Hate to have to say this... but you'll have to make at least ONE police report. If the "public servants" do not address the issue, then call the county sheriff. If THEY refuse to address the issue.... then it's an internal affairs issue... Could cost a lot of officers many weeks of pay and possible termination of employmene. Also contact a local news agency & inform them of the local law enforcements intentional conspiracy in allowing criminal trespassing & unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
If you don't inform the law of the issue, you won't have the law to use as a defense. Unfortunately in the current times you can not defend yourself nor your own property without legal reprocussions. America is NOT a free country. It IS a police state.
