Hot but not too hot moist compresses to cause it to "point" , then it will open and then clean it by dousing it with hydrogen peroxide and then a good antibacterial ointment(hard to keep on a cat without a fan collar). Keep it clean and open and it will quickly heal. Wash your hands before and After each treatment.

I know how thin a cat's skin is and temp sensitive. I'd maybe go with 3 parts water to 1 part peroxide since that's strong stuff, you know on human skin you'll get a scar after it does the job. For the rest (antibac oint) I might opt to clean it every day instead, cuz that does end up in the belly. Today's the day, Benny's bump is a bit stinky too. :p
