Hey guys, I could use some useful advice for a kitty that has shown up with a bite/abcess developing behind his ear.
He's not my cat, but he seems to have adopted me as his "home away from home".
I call him Benny..he is very smart and funny and deserves a hand, and of course I don't want to screw him up.
On a scale of 1-10 I'd say this is getting to level 6.

I'm thinking a warm salt water compress to bring it out (if he'll let me). I have some colloidal silver 500ppm (silver wings brand) which may only help to a point unless I bring out the inflamed 'bump' first.
