I don't have a clue what that is. Camera feedback? It's not interlaced with the area - meaning - the waves or whatever they are originate from the camera.

But like I said. I don't have a clue. Reactor 4 hasn't NOT been on fire since the Tsunami. Therein lies the problem with reactor 4 should she decide to topple over and something I'd rather not think about.
