You must be doing something to trigger these people. You need to stop being a victim and stand up to them. Tell them it stops today or you will go to HR and or get a lawyer. I went through something similar with my supervisor who is Vietnamese. He thought his reports were doormats he could walk all over and abuse verbally, until we all started standing up to him. It stopped, and hasn’t started back up again since. The only way to stop a bully is to get right in their face and tell them YOU ARENT GOING TO TOLERATE IT ANYMORE |
