i could and have hit back and hard in all of the areas mentioned only after trying to ignore it for a long time
ie reverse bullying but
the source comes from workers that have been their
longer, have higher positions, related to the business owner
so my chances of succeeding with reverse bullying are
difficult and would most likley result in the sack
as they are ignoring the bullying directed at me
