Special knee ice pack from the drug store or chinamart.
Tumeric -1-2 TABLESPOONS for inflamation - goes best in Broccoli-cheese soup or mac n cheese covers the taste.
Had a swollen face from a tooth - gone in an HOUR!
But knee pain is terrible because you can't walk.
Sympathy - do the ice - chronic knee problems require doing this whenever it flares up into acute phase
