Obama has done them in, the DNC spent almost all of their money on Obama, leaving congressional and senate seats virtually unprotected.

When I was in college the same thing happened every time there was an election. The thing is, there is no quid pro quo. The different candidates would have booths outside the building somewhere and would offer free food and shwag to people who came out with an "I Voted" sticker. There would be bands playing outside as well. Both parties regularly engaged in this. There were no laws broken, but everyone voted and had a good time afterwords.

Hell, a lot of the times, the competing candidate's booths would be right next to each other, in a show of general support for the idea of voting.

And that's the schedule after 4:20
