Ah sorry.

My body is tired. Have had an (guessing) intestinal problem that has grown since I want to say may of either 2 or 3 years ago. Actually.. my initial drive to meditate and w/e else was to heal this.

I am 300% feeling sensitive to energy with not as much understanding of what I am actually feeling. To me it just feels like something is off and I want to attribute it to that lower abdominal area.

Had dreams/experiences last night heavily weighted towards this subject. Not sure if it was biased or not.. I went to bed with the intention of being clear and entering deep sleep for a boost to my body. Didn't work that way at all lol.. I saw that spiders energy and went into it.. maybe its gone. Actually saw the ladybug with pure clarity too. That was neat.

But yea.. I really want this body in better shape.

The more in shape your body and mind are the higher the realms you will be allowed to transverse will be.

Can't have a person out of shape being in the higher zones....

Would not be good.

I understand and I'm working to get in shape. I've just not known if its an exercise, diet, or energy blockage. I've been exercising regularly for 3 weeks now and I can already see the difference it is making. Is there anything energetic or diet wise I need to change or work on?

I would eat what you want in moderation. Forget what anyone says about eating high vibe stuff it all hogwash.

I would luv for you to help me. In my past I have often not been in a good place. I have been striving to get to a good place & i am on my way. I have friends, animals and children whom I love. What do you see that may help me to meet my soulmate? Will I meet someone soon? If you need more details please ask.

For the past 2 years I have had very emotional intense dream visits from a man I used to know. We were good friends and nothing more, but we cared a lot for each other. I moved away and we lost touch over 15 years ago. I have only had these dreams just in the past 2 years, it's very bizarre because of how intense the dreams are (non sexual). I googled him but came up with nothing, same with Facebook. Even his brother and friends are all easy to find. I am concerned that he has maybe passed away...can you get a read on his energy and let me know if it's my imagination or if something is going on with him? I would be grateful to reconnect with him if he is still alive.

Im not sure what you are really asking for.... If you are good friends and as close as you state.... how could you possibly fall out of touch. If you already know the family and can find them... why not just ask them?

You have snakes of energy moving throughout your veins and manifesting in different locations throughout your physical body. October 19th 2012 is when they started moving.

This of course is an energetic representation of your issue. How it manifest of the physical plain has two part one emotional and the other stress related.

Energetically you are morphing into something more than you already are and its causing your current reality to come apart. Changes that are impacting you are now coming fast a furiously with no end it site. Almost as though the entire world in closing in around you and you have no escape.

Does this sum it up in a nut shell?

This is be a flat year for you and nothing can change that. Your energy seems to want to pay the piper in a way.... looks like something you did in your younger years is now coming due and your not very equipped to deal with it.

Nothing on the horizon to make you smile as you must rise the current wave to get to the next one.
