Take out a piece of paper and draw an X on it.... then in the center of the X draw a small circle. Put a bowl of water on top of the drawing and look down through the glass as the water. Once you feel the energy flowing though your third eye its done. Give you cat the water to drink and she will start to slide out of it in 3 days.

Hello. I know this is not a question thread, but I am wondering what is your way of connecting with your third eye? I followed your advice to connect to you and I am not sure I am doing something right. I have read up on various meditation techniques, remote viewing, and I have an appointment for an isolation float tank. I feel I am missing out because my mind is too clouded. Plus I cannot grasp what negative energy might be at my fingertips. I am sorry I am such a noob.
