I think it was badge number 92 or 83 that made the arrested but the message is still the same. i was arrested for taking a Bike Out Of The GARBAGE!

A shame to get cut from the good guys to hire list for a bicycle salvage "arrest".

In my city, they passed a law making it illegal to scavenge anything anywhere, even if it is a squished aluminum soda can laying on the street. You will be sentenced to jail, and fined.

Whatever is tossed in the garbage - tossed out in the street for garbage pickup - is the property of the town.
