Eating good is like walking through land mines. A majority of our food and personal care products are being poisoned with -

1. GMO foods
2. Food additives
3. Fluoride
4. Mercury
5. Aspartame
6. Personal care and cleaning products
7. Airborne pollutants (chemtrails)infecting the soil

I try to eat only organic but it's difficult to do it completely. I have a huge garden that I build and harvest so at least 4 months out of the year I grow and eat my own fruits and vegetables.

STAY AWAY FROM GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOODS!! Hopefully Proposition 37 passes and these Monsters at Monsanto have to start labeling all their poisonous foods.
