OP is right, this was the singlemost over hyped storm ever in history.
it was a dud. the only thing epic about sandy was the FAIL.
im in upstate NY, we had no loss of power, minor winds, very little rain. total bullshit!
rest assured they are exagurating every statistic post sandy. the loss of life, number of people without power. they are desperately trying to cover thier asses by continueing to hype the storm damage.

NY and NJ are not completely submerged under water, you do not need to build a giant boat. And for those that have been hurt or effected by this man made disaster, my condolences.
