So, did the CIA perpetrate this storm against the Democratic districts to skew the election results?

I DO believe some factions in the Military, the CIA, and the Republicans will be skipping through town, patting themselves on the back, buying cigars, chortling, and guffawing on and on with this one.

Imagine the destruction of ballots, lost ballots, missing ballots, and a whole cabal of new dead voters casting ballots.
