If you really want to purify your system... check into a gallon to a gallon and a half a day of any one or a combination of distilled liquids (machine distilled, live unpasteurized fruit/veg juice, your own water). Worth investigating are the kidneys which very well may be the greatest known distillers known to Man. I will know for myself after embarking upon a UT fast where I will consume only 100% of my own water. Others have done this for 30 days, some 60 ... the end result is the hypothesis of that, indeed, you could go infinitely on your own water. |

My only issue with this is you expect pure H20 from a distiller, but I wonder what other chemicals evaporate and liquify in the distilling process. Maybe none, but I wonder. At least alcohol distills at a much cooler temperature than water, so there is a lesser chance of heating other chemicals to evaporation points. |

I think that the negatively charged quality of distilled water is such to where anything inorganic will indeed bond to it (including air based) however that will not effect its ability to still pull toxins/garbage from our bodies. It's like a million army troopers with empty back packs that enter your system with the sole intent of ridding your body of all that is inorganic and that does not belong. So what if they are 1% full upon entry... or even 5. Nonetheless, they do their work. :) |

Also, when you're detoxing wouldn't the stuff you're flushing from your body be in the urine?.. if not, after awhile wouldn't your kidney and liver need a cleansing from the detox? ...
