i`ve OB so i know its real :) do u dream of fallin alot,i ask this cause if u are that is caused by the heart stoppin and when one wakes up all buzzin cause of this fallin dream,thats the brain pumpin adrenalin to the heart to start the heart again.............................?

I felt a weird shift, couple of weeks ago. Things are very different now, compared to September, for example.

thats good,once when i was comin back in to my body durin a OB i got this big like eletic shock in my eye`s area of my head and seen like fireworks,could be what happened to u ?

you do go OB whether you realize it or not.
to remember is what ppl practice, thinking that it is their first time when they go out...

first, never ever ever ever go to sleep without rising your vibration. during whole day you gather lots of different 'information' into your aura, not cleaning it can result in not only physical discomfort but psyche too.
If you believe in God just say some prayers, sit calmly for 10 minutes. Or do some meditation. (if you have never done such, just close your eyes, look straight into the dark but look far and with every breath in say 'I' with every breath say 'am')

You can ignore my advice and try to just go out without meditation and prayers, you will see and experience what will happen for yourself. But i strongly don't recommend that. It may sound laughable for you now, but demons do exist, we call them demons, but they are just beings like us (different form) that, lets say, have their own purpose and food for living: like eating your fear....

About 'punch' feeling. You need to go out to understand what it is. When you come back just watch how your body is posed, if you make a slightest turn when descending into the body, which does not correspond to your body's position, you will feel this effect and afterwards when you wake up into this dream you may have great headache or pain for few hours.

Another point to remember, that those 'demons' (they are called Dragons, in the astral), they do attach to your face, particularly mouth to eat your energies, that may result in 'punch' feeling then you detach from them (unconsciously for now).

Try to experiment, don't be afraid, you can test how "Jesus Christ" name works there. You need not be a believer, just when or if you encounter demonic beings just say "Jesus Christ" and watch them disappear. This is quite amazing... but it is only a theory, a concept for you because you have never experienced it yet. So don't believe me, just watch, observe, see for yourself.

on a serious note, try working with guardian spirits (ravens are guardians of astral travel) and being a little more intentional.

this is, however, the second thread i have seen in as many days describing some sort of threat or attack on the astral. clearly the astral is being guarded by unfriendly beings right now, TPTB are using their dark forces.

i'd say, all the more reason to do the work.

i strongly recommend reading the robert moss books. he talks about astral travel and guardians. he has a fascinating story about leaving his body one night and the ravens in the tree outside his house being startled awake by his passing by them in spirit form...they looked right at him. i have actually done a weekend workshop with robert and he's pretty amazing. he also talks about raven as astral guardian there.

he has several books, 'dreamgates' is a good one, also his first book is 'conscious dreaming' and it goes into how lucid dreaming is a trap and only a first step. he describes how to access higher astral planes, healing groups that are 'managed' by certain souls who have been doing the work incarnate and uncarnate, holding sacred space...these places are real, i have been to them, you will find that info in dreamgates. this info may help yu a lot in setting intention and getting to safe space on the astral, with protection.
