It's true - will happen.

Here's the scenario:

FEW people in NY or NJ will be able to vote, still not elctricity, etc. those states will be declared null, therefore, if ALL states' votes are not in, the election cannot be called.

If one side tries to call the election (Romney), the other side can send it to upper courts to decide. If OTHER side (Obama) tries to declare victory without ALL states having had the opportunity to vote, the OTHER side can send it to upper courts to decide,

There you have it in a nutshell, boys and girls.

IT CAN HAPPEN. It might happen.
