I will listen to this later just because I am curious, but as a realist and someone who understands how tptb work, I would not be surprised if this is either smoke and guns, or a way to actually get the mainstream into somehow believing the central banks are needed. I just guess I am very skeptical of them letting something like this occur without them using it to their benefit before it is done. Probably out with the old, in with the new, but same owners. Let people think they won or are winning type thing while it is much different in actuality.
