I have heart issues (unregular heart beat, low blood pressure). I have been warned by doctors not to do any cannabis (which I don't), because this can lead to a dangerous blood pressure drop.

If you ask clinical psychiatrists they can show you (or tell you of) numerous people who actually went crazy just because they used cannabis regularly. They develop an incurable paranoia over time.
The problem: Only one tenth of all people are "able" to develop a psychosis when using cannabis. 90% are immune to psychotic issues. So most people do fine when smoking pot. "Only" 10% are risking their mental health.

Provided your blood circuit is stable and you don't have the intense feeling of paranoia when smoking pot (the usual warning sign), everything is fine.

The only way you can die from Marijuana is if you consumed the amount that basically would equal a small house, and even then you would not die of toxicity, rather you would have more THC in your body than any other element.
