The halo around the moon | |

I've never seen one like it. I was huge, but what was different was that it was like a rainbow closest to the moon then turned blue in the middle, then was a huge rainbow around the outside  . Anyone else see something like this? I tried to take a picture but my camera couldn't get it. I'm in Oregon and saw this around 1:00 in the morning.donnamickey |
