Sandy was just the beginning of the attack on the U.S.A. IMO.

Many professional engineers I've spoken to seem to agree that this was NOTHING OTHER than a weather modification job.

America is about to come under serious attack IMO and our puppet politicians are going to LET it happen or are IN ON IT just like they were on 9/11.

As I noted before, in any military OP the first order of business is to eliminate the enemy's use of communications networks.

Hopefully I'm just being paranoid here but I don't think that Obama signed that Internet Kill-Switch EO for nothing.

Let's all keep an eye on this to see if many more hubs start going down.

If they do I'm going to get some BBS software (Old school 80's 90's baby!) so people can at least have a place to get updates through a dial-up modem.

our DSL has been out since Monday, October 29th.
Stores cannot connect with our corp mainframe.

My brand new Samsung Galaxy note II with "4G LTE" capability has mostly been on "roaming" 3G data ever since I bought it and is crawling at a ridiculous 10 kbps (yup I said kbps).
Calls to customer service has them telling me that it may be the device whereas I am trying to tell them that it is their sucky cell service because it connects well and good with my home wi-fi (which again is a whole different story with wildly fluctuating speeds by Charter ISP).
Great phone, but I am on the verge of returning it (the fourteen day return policy gets over tomorrow).

this has been going on for months, worldwide attacks, packetloss and hubs goign down. It is a battle, the media just not telling you about it.

I could have responded to any of these similar posts and it sure is a relief to know I'm not alone.

I do a coupla quick scans daily and the # of tracking parasites taken off has at least doubled.

If any enemy can truly have a real impact on your nation by attacking the public internet then it is your own fault for being stupid enough to design it that way.

Nothing critical should be on the public network.

The public Internet serviced by these hubs should traffic nothing more important than dirty pics and poitless glp posts.

None of your electronic devices will work without electicity don't ya know! Any "attack" on this nation will be preceeded by an EMP generated by an non-nuclear "explosion" that will burn out electronic circuits not heavily shielded. Transmission lines above ground or below ground will be overcharged which causes substations equipment to burnout, which is what happened to a ConEdison substation during "super storm" Sandy! Power plants would suffer major problems should their electronic systems be hit with an EM pulse generated by a EM weapon. Nuclear power plants could be specifically targeted with such a weapon. Their back up generators would not work because their electronics would be burned out, which would lead to exactly what happened in Fukushima.

There has been some serious routing issues today. Even Google went down, they couldn't even access their own servers from across the street.

So what's the contingency plan?
