Conservatism does not translate "brown nosing the elite" or ......"pretend to be an upright Christian ,law abiding citizen outwardly but operate without principles and integrity behind closed doors or when no one of consequence or influence(you believe) is looking or listening.

What I did about it, is stopped being a republican. The "conservatives" who really are conservatives, (rather than pitiful lapdogs of the super rich and corporations that just say they are conservative), are going to have nothing to do with this shitty bunch of losers ever again. Real conservatives are more interested in doing what it takes to establish a viable third party that gets federal funding and recognition as viable candidates. As long as any conservatives continue to back the republican fat cats, you can forget about changing ANYTHING in U.S. politics. Wake the hell up, or wallow in your own uselessness.
