Tokyo Bay cesium even higher than levels reported off Fukushima — Nearly entire sea floor contaminated by 2014 (VIDEO)

The Nuclear Emergency Response Headquarters at the Prime Minister’s Office announced Wednesday a 150 million yen plan to retool devices to monitor radiation levels in the air at 675 locations in Fukushima and surrounding prefectures, saying they were underreporting levels by around 10 percent.

Radiation was blocked by metal boxes containing batteries next to the detection units at the monitoring posts, an official said. Residents and local governments have complained of discrepancies in data compared with readings from other sources. [...]

According to the Russian news agency Prima Media, from January to September in this year, the radiation dose exceeded of Russia standard value was detected from 319 goods,　such as used car, food, medical supplies and others which were imported from Japan, to the Russian Far East ports.

The Russia customhouse did not accept importing 284 goods, then, send back to Japan.

145 goods send back to Japan in whole last year, due to the radiation dose exceeded of standard value was detected in the Russian Far East area.

But, It will reach almost double compared to 2011 with this year, even until September.

Well, diluting it certainly goes a long ways towards explaining what was to me previously, insanity! But burning contaminated debris and agitating radioactive particle BACK into the air is insanity just the same..

This Contamination of Tokyo-Bay and the burning of Radioactive Debris are 2 different Things!

Radioactive cesium likely from the crippled Fukushima No. 1 nuclear power plant has sunk more than 20 centimeters deep in the mud of the seabed in Tokyo Bay, according to a scientist.

While it is known that more than 90 percent of cesium deposits remain in the uppermost 5-cm layer of soil on land, Hideo Yamazaki, a professor of environmental analysis at Kinki University, said he found that seabed cesium concentrations peaked at much greater depths at one location.

Cesium is carried from the rivers to Tokyo Bay.

Prof. Yamazaki from Kinki university measured cesium contained sea ground soil at 36 points of Tokyo bay. The result shows the contamination level is increasing near the outlet of Arakawa river. He assumes cesium is carried from contaminated river.

in my Theory it was not really right!

Yokohama City, which has been dumping the radioactive ashes with low radioactivity from burning household garbage at its final disposal landfill (Minami Honmoku) on Tokyo Bay since September last year, has said the runoff water is safely treated by the cesium absorption towers with zeolite.

Well they lied. They used the absorption towers for one month and stopped using them, but never bothered to tell they stopped using them.

In one month, they used 5500 kilograms of zeolite, which absorbed 5000 becquerels/kg of radioactive cesium. In other words, 27.5 million becquerels of radioactive cesium was effectively caught. So the city thought "Oh that's good", and stopped using zeolite.

A team sampled coastal seabed mud last August around the mouth of the river's Okozu diversion canal, which discharges into the Sea of Japan. How much longer until they can move the spent fuel..?
How many workers are sick or dead..?
How much longer can they continue to store contaminated water onsite..?
What are the odds against another large earthquake further damaging or destroying the buildings and spent fuel pools..?

minus the average available rate of decontamination times the number of operational days
minus volume of available storage..
Pretty simple, really.

The overage goes into the Pacific and has from the beginning.
