First off, Obama raised more money from overseas military than Romney and led in all polls leading up to the election among military voters. So any contention that these votes would automatically go to Romney is wishful thinking at best.

Secondly, these alleged ballots came from Afghanistan according to the "stories" I saw. There are only 68,000 U.S. troops there. Even if every single one voted for Romney and every single one was from Ohio or Florida, it still wouldn't have come close to changing the outcome.

Please wake up and smell reality.

You reaize that the absentee ballots are counted in the state that they are from... so, if there are more votes for Romney in a state once the military votes are counted, Romney wins the state, and the electoral votes. If the Obama administration was so sure it wouldn't effect the results, than they should be more than willing to fight to get the votes counted.
