Andrea Silvestri, 37, of Newport Beach was discovered Thursday morning in a community pool at Zola and Urey courts, authorities said.
An autopsy was performed Thursday, but the cause of death was not determined pending toxicology results, Irvine police Lt. Julia Engen said, adding that foul play was not suspected.

Silvestri was an assistant researcher in the physics and astronomy department, Engen said
