Quoting: Mordier L'eft Entire Katsurao village is in the evacuation zone. It’s 50cm long, covered with white fur. Mr. Yoshida, a member of hunter’s association found it. He comments he has been a hunting member for 50 years but he hasn’t ever seen a white raccoon dog before. [link to fukushima-diary.com] The raccoons are back!
