Ah this takes me  back years and I mean years ago when people are telling people to prepare, to get out of the cities because when shtf those areas will be effected the most, and as the years pass I seen more and more people suffering for not doing just that, and here we are again another disaster and once again for not preparing there they are suffering, I don't feel bad for this grown adults but I do feel bad for the children because they to will be effected because of the stupid actions their parents take which is doing nothing/not preparing, Normalcy bias at its best right here.
