My kid used to have some temper issues at age of 7 to 9. We tried almost everything and did not want to medicate our child. Problem went away when we stopped buying food that has flavor enhancers (E621, E622 Monopotassium Glutamate etc.) Our child is now an A class student and active/social person that loves sports, arts etc.
