How is it illegal under the Constitution?

It just says "more perfect union" in the preamble, not "unbreakable union". I don't see where it addresses secession.

Granted the PURPOSE of the Constitution was to reduce the independence of the States, but still I don't think the guys in the Constitutional Convention (some of whom had also signed the Declaration of Independence 13 years earlier) would have written that secession was prohibited.

At the end of the day you either kick ass or lick ass. I have the right to be an individual and never have to explain it. The constitution isnt a document, its about who I was always meant to be.
