Lol, the only danger of drugs is the drug laws themselves. Crime, murder, and alcohol poisoning skyrocketed thousands of percent during prohibition. It was the laws making it that more dangerous.

Obama will have to enforce the federal marijuana laws, which would piss off his base, or allow states to opt out the health care mandate. It will be interesting to see if he chooses to allow selective enforcement of the law.

I hope he allows the states to do what they wish, but I don't think that it will happen. Too much rides on it. Mexico is reevaluating their drug policies and enforcement. People will wake up that have not tried it. Coffee shops will flourish is the new economy. Alcohol abuse and use will decline, although I have read that they go well together. Prozac will die, Big Pharma will die, and people will wake up. Did I all ready say that?
