My wife and I have a great household income but are still paying off student loans and things, so our net worth is still in the red. But within a few years, that will change. I inherited it from my father, and I do not have a job right now, it takes most of my time looking after my property. I grew up working on our farm and drove a semi-truck for a while to see the country. I do have a degree in Art History and have considered going back for my masters.

I am too tired for an elaborate type of discussion, I have been up all night.

I think ''Truth'' is probably that which reflects in the eye of the beholder, the beauty of it's simplicity and intricacy simultaneously - as well as the conscious sentience that comes with awareness of knowing such.

I can tell you how Wisdom is formed, but that doesn't necessarily mean that I am a wise one.

It's only bad if you can't afford to maintain it, other than that you're better off. Inflation will make that 30k worth less. I'm sure you can find a way to make that land pay off.
