Unlike Sandy it was short lived but winds speed was the same at 90 kms per hour. I suspect HAARP was involved experimenting with weather modification again targeting a large city, with 4000 lightning bolts in 1 hour. A friend 80 kms away from Brisbane which spans about 5 thousand sq km had no effect.
