There's NOTHING about this now in the news.... Realize people that Egypt's Military is collaborating with Israelis to secure to border strip to prevent any militants from crossing over to lob rockets from our side into Israel. NEITHER OUR MILITARY OR GOVERNMENT WOULD FIRE A ROCKET INTO ISRAEL! Don't forget MFO is there too... due to the restrictions we have in Section C these militants can cross over or even some of the guys we're hunting in Sinai might get undetected near the border, but Israel has troops and military equipment on their side, and they would shoot anyone who's shooting at them or approaching the border. Been happening frequently the last year. And again, always Egypt and Israel have collaborated to keep the border secure. There will be no war started by Egypt - end of story. I thought Egypt was on Gaza's side and that they mobilized tanks in the Sanai area. If there is no word from Egypt about the rocket fire, they deliberately let it happen. First of all, it's spelled SINAI - secondly, yes Egypt is on the side of Gaza, but that does not mean we're going to attack Israel over this. The Military is there with the approval of Israel. The rockets were not fired from Egypt. We have had reports last week of that happening and immediately Egypt collaborated with Israel, Egypt enforced some military presence in the area to prevent militants from doing that. What's so difficult for you hysterical warmongers to understand? Morsi and PM Qandil, Military and Intelligence in Egypt are trying their best to negotiate a truce. There's no talk of military response or retaliations. There will be wars and rumors of wars.... When he forces hamas terrorists to stop, then and only then can you muslim broitherhood terrorist leader be considered nything but a muslim terrorst supporter. |

Then we hit Mc Kenna's Time Wave Zero w/o the religious apocolyptic version of the end times being manipulated into fruition. That will be his main accomplishment and then residing over what will be left of the post cataclysmic world and its rebuilding. duncog2012 |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 27669717 Egypt 11/17/2012 03:09 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Thanks Egypt AC, from the flurry of activity today it seemed the only way was escalation, good to see some voices still calling for diplomacy. Quoting: NSF001 You are very welcome - nobody here wants a war, that's a fact. Are we pissed and sick and tired of this conflict? For sure. Anyways, starting a war is not the solution, that imo shows absolute failure for the Government and the people of the country if they can't solve things diplomatically. I just tried to show that Egypt is in no way, although on Gaza's side and against Israel's aggressions, interested in starting a war over this. It's not even justified. Egypt, and President Morsi has stressed that when he took over, will only defend itself but never be aggressive. Contrary to what some neo-con warmongers want you to believe. He's a man of sound judgement and it shows in this conflict. Harsh language maybe (justified), but always diplomatic and interested in peace. Arab nations expected to back Egypt truce efforts for Gaza [link to www.egyptindependent.com] [link to english.ahram.org.eg] updates on various issues - for example, Iran denies supplying rockets to Gaza. Lets remember, what we read on GLP, always take with a grain of salt. People sensationalize and start rumors all the time. Sitting here watching this unfold, like the 20 years before, I have a bit more experience to see what's fact or probable and what is pure fearmongering or demonizing. Lots of that going on these days. |

They are trying - and he's not a terrorist, neither are Hamas, they're the Opposition Party to the Occupation and illegal Siege on Gaza. Call it what you want...still Gaza/Palestine have no military to defend themselves...PM Qandil was there yesterday and it's said the Egyptian Intelligence is working on a truce, where it fails, we don't know, it's not public information. The rest is all speculations. That said, use a little more discernment before making silly statements like that. |
