Surely somebody can come up with a way to wack a troll without the collateral damage of banning an entire ISP. It's like using a nuke to swat a fly.
Same thing applies to forbidden links or banwords. Give me a warning that something is forbidden & I'll avoid it.
It sure sucks to get banned and not even know why, especially when I just happen to have the same ISP as some troll.
