[link to www.cnn.com] Personally I am APPALLED that this judge is allowed to choose what faith the sentence is fulfilled in. I understand that he's trying to keep the kid out of jail ... but at what cost? I mean a) What happened to separation of Church and State? b) What happened to freedom of religion?? c) What gives this judge the right to choose in the first place?!  |
