UN Drug Czar: States Can't Legalize Marijuana Under International Law

It's more like, the UN wants the US government to stick its nose into States' business. Have the SCOTUS find some bogus reason to rule those state referenda invalid, that sort of thing.

Ahh, the ordainment to dictate policy.


Always nice when you dont have to interact with the people that actually have to enforce and live under said policy; always nice to live in a fantasy world of control and power while the emperor walks around with no clothes.

Such premature measures unite the bottom with the middle; and makes everything much more expensive for the top to maintain control.

Great plan guys; im sure enforcement would love to double their pay by sympathizing with the bottom up movement and gaining political and social leverage over the top through their unions... a Bottom-Middle class unity relationship could become permanent; that's the way it should be.

The Democrat activists that I've delt with (and one was particulary vile), are ALL for U.N. control of this nation.

The Left is completely sold out to world control.

Look up how many times the leftist groups have run to the U.N. for intervention in our nation, particularly concerning allowing illegals and just anyone w/o any ID vote.

the other side of this is all the peeps who work jobs where they get tested... i had a dude over here who was Mr. Big Lebowski, hooking up my internet and he was like "I only smoke once a year when I go on vaca... think of all the dudes who used to make music and smoke who now go home and watch tv and drink beer only... this guy told me he used to make music--it never occurred to him it was the deadening lifestyle he was on...

I used to smoke as a lifestyle and it inspired... now I read the bible and get the same inspiration... but dudes like him are screwed...

so where it used to be majority smoke it is less and less as it becomes mandated out... of course, he can drink himself silly whenever he wants--I shared some reishi vodka I made w him once I got hooked up, but herb lasts a month...

Yet another reason we need to get out of the UN.

The US should withdraw from the UN, but this would be a start.

They were checking out our elections process,as if they had a right to monitoring our elections.
Obama gave Interpol, free access and arrest powers in the US, a while back. So why should the UN's INCB be any different?

Yes, it is ironic---hemp has always been such a valuable and versatile product. It could literally save our economy right now. Had not Hearst wanted to squelch hemp production to leave an open market for paper mills (and keep destroying trees) we would have been much better off.

Yans reminds the United States that they agreed to the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, which was agreed to by 185 States, decided to place cannabis under control and limit its use to medical purposes.
