My Rant

While I am thankful for so much, I am sorry, but I have to rant. So, here is my top 10 things I want to rant about.

Christmas music on the radio before Thanksgiving. I am sorry, but Christmas has become so commercialized and I am sick and tired of the media trying to manipulate people into an early "Christmas spirit" so they will step all over each other on black Friday.

The 2016 presidential election has already started. Really? We just had an election. We have stories in the lamestream media already talking about which Republican is running in 2016. We have Marco Rubio in Iowa and Scott Walker in California setting themselves up for 2016 runs. I'm just sick of it.

Gridlock in Washington, D.C. Nothing is getting done. Everyone is just protecting their individual man-made, man-built "kingdoms." The whole problem with the "fiscal cliff," which they created in the first place, isn't going to get solved the right way. They'll end up taxing us more than cutting spending.

TV Programming. I like watching TV, but there's nothing on anymore. We have an NBC show called the "New Normal," which is about a gay couple that wants to have a child through a woman. How disgusting is that?

The Gay Agenda. I am sick of that too. They are normalizing homosexuality in America. It's in your face. I'm sorry, but being a practicing homosexual is a sin. Yet, we are called intolerant and hateful if we have reason to call homosexuality a sin. It's a sin.

Bad Food. Have you really taken the time to look around in the grocery stores to see what's on our shelves today? Who knows what kind of genetic crap they are trying to pull to make food faster - and sales more profitable. They are killing us with the food in our grocery stores. People are getting cancer and diabetes from this stuff.

Fox News. Yes, I'm conservative, but I'm sick and tired of watching Republican National Committee talking points being read to me when I watch Fox News. There's no news on that network anymore, just spin. CNN and MSNBC is worse. They are so wrapped around Obama's finger that it makes me want to throw up. Gone are the days when you can get real, unbiased news.

False Prophets. There are plenty on GLP and elsewhere. Stop the false predictions just so you can see how many times your post gets read and how much attention you can get by other people's comments. You know who you are and you know your stuff is false. I readily admit there are people on GLP that hear from God. For those people, I ask that you would respect them. God knows who they are.

Bad Movies. I am not going to go see the Lincoln movie. Honestly, I am just getting the creeps about it. The guy playing Lincoln is a british actor who's voice doesn't fit Lincoln. He sounds like a teenage girl taking testosterone pills.

Windows 8. Enough said.

I am thankful for God, good friends and some of the real people that are here on GLP. We're all getting so much thrown at us each day. God's peace.
