True. Most specialty breeds came about from an exaggerated instinct the dog has. Herding, retrieving, etc.

Add to that intelligence, and a cooperative cat, and there you have it. LOL

Got a huge black and white tom cat and a tiny 16 week old Shih Tzu pup , the cat will chase the puppy around and then play with it like its another cat....is soooooo funny to watch , wish I could film it and upload it to show you all....

Ya know Brief, I hate to admit it but I have seen that kind of dog in a wild-eyed humptastic frenzy over a stuffed toy and you are probably right on.

I'm glad they don't show what happens once they get inside!
