Israel's tems however would be steep: Hezbollah would have to give up its heaviest rockets and reveal the full extent of Iran's operators & key Iranian players. Radical movements like Hamas are a response to Israeli aggression/occupation/apartheid over the decades, if it weren't for that Hamas wouldn't exist to begin with. We musn't dehumanize people by throwing labels blindly. I am not dehumanizing Israelis or Jews. Some of the greatest activists for Palestine are in fact Jews/Israelis. And yes Palestinians are not perfect or free of criticism, but lets face it. Watch documentaries to understand the psyche of Palestinians. Watch 'Arnas Children', or '5 broken cameras', or 'to Shoot an Elephant', these are humans we're talking about not animals please. Watch what led the suicide bomber to do what he did, and more often than not it's always due to desperation and hopelessness and having lost everything just by the way.

Regardless I don't see Israel lasting another 10-15 years given current geopolitical climate etc. Tides are turning. And believe me that doesn't mean that I support Iran/Hezbullah or anything like that! But we can at least be fair in criticisms, as Israel is also a theocracy in several ways, except a wretchedly apartheid one!
