Magnesium is a natural muscle relaxer and our diets are very short of this essential nutrient. You can purchase Epsom Salts in the grocery store in the area where they have aspirin. It comes in what looks like a milk carton and is very inexpensive. ![]() ![]() ![]() "You can bend it and twist it... You can misuse and abuse it... I have chronic pain and script for opiates. But when I eat some gumbo or hot creole food my pain subsides and I get immediate relief. I was so surprised at how I felt after eating a bowl of Hot & Sour Chinese soup. Amazing. Mexican food or any ethnic food that uses red pepper will provide similiar relief. Google red pepper and read of it's benefits for relieving pain. |

Move to the narrowest part of the V nearest your arm & press your fingers FIRMLY into the gap, pressing as hard as you can stand it & massage with your finger tips. It can be very uncomfortable at first, but persevere. Swap to the other shoulder & repeat. Best if you can get someone else to do it for you. How's that? :D ![]() |
