Never too late to start :) I have slowly transitioned into a healthier lifestyle. I was pushed into it a while ago because of a sickness, but until the last year or so did not realize how important other factors such as the environmental toxins, EMFs, etc. had on our body...we are CONSTANTLY bombarded with harmful substances...the least we can to is try to combat them with a healthy diet :)
