He's still with his girlfriend, so he probably doesn't feel as strong. Even though he showed me he was attracted to me by his actions. I suppose you are right. I have no idea about these things. From a mans perspective being in a relationship and giving eyes and having connection(feelings) towards someone isnt always omg I have to drop everything its my soulmate.We dont always think like that.Maybe being truthful of why you stopped talking to him,putting it on the table for dialogue.Im sure you can put in a way where it protects your feelings and still gives him enough so he can put the pieces together.Us men are clueless lol I was told by multiple people that telling him is the worst idea, I am setting myself up for failure. And he's with someone...I have to respect that. But the feelings aren't dying, and I can tell he's not getting over it either. He still looks over at me. I don't want to play games, but I want to respect the fact he's with someone who he loves. Thank you, as the man species is foreign to me. I just want to be clean about it, don't start from a mess. |

I think the chances for running into the "one" in your lifetime are slim to none. Most relationships/marriages begin in lust/desire and descend to a kind of tolerance. Few have the pure love that soul mates have. It's very different because it contains all elements of love including romantic/sexual/friendship.... I am blessed and am thankful daily for my husband he is the best thing that ever happened to me.. Fool me once, shame on you.....fool me twice shame on me. |

When given the opportunity to succeed with someone after so many letdowns many people will find it "too good to be true" and sabotage the potential relationship subconsciously. So when you are given the gift of meeting someone who you totally connect with make sure you take any steps to make it work. And this includes talking to them and finding their insecurities about relationships. That way you can work things through TOGETHER and there will be no room for miscommunication or misinterpretation. There will be always room for miscommunication or misinterpretation.
