Woke up with what looked like a Needle mark

This was about a week ago, or last saturday. 6 days ago I woke with a mark on my left arm right in the place where the easiest place to draw would be, on the largest vain in my arm. I woke up and seen it and looked at it for 30-60 seconds just wondering if maybe a bug bit me or what. I forgot about it later but was with my brother (a recently graduate Registered Nurse) and he said it looked like a blood draw from the markings appearance. I can still see it there but I'm just wondering if anybody else has had this happen to them. Kinda wierd. I never had any ufo or obductions but did get involved with meditation and the new age occult Garbage scene for a while till I cracked open a chakra and realized it was a portal for demon posession. Anyways, just trying wondering if anybody else had this happen to them?
