Re: GLP-Jukebox
I don't hate myself and I am white.

I do hate the division that has come over our country.

Hell, I have it flat in my back yard....I live in Virginia and Charlottesville shit happened right here....and I was flabbergasted to find that if I fall on the side of a Robert E Lee statue that I just became a white supremacist or a Nazi!!!

I live in a county that has a big rebel flag that flies high upon the road of I95...and my county now wants to smack that flag down but they won't because they have no right to....

It's private property and it's flying high and strong and it's pissing people off just like Robert E Lee and Stonewall Jackson and many other monuments since we're in VIRGINIA!!!

I just don't get it....I really don't want to offend because I am truly the last person that would want to offend....but I don't get it....because I think our Robert E Lee statue should remain I have suddenly become a racist......I'm not

I'm lost....

I hate that our country is so divided...and I don't understand why these statues that have stood for so long now are a problem.

I'm right there with you InTune! I live in VA as well and am watching this madness unfold all around me.

I love Monument Avenue and all the historic statues, buildings, museums, and districts all around it, and would hate to see any of the monuments torn down.

I think they should all remain for reasons far apart from racism, but instead for the preservation of our history. A history that certain groups seem hellbent on revising or obscuring completely.
 Quoting: Sweetroll Bandit

It's crazy....and I feel so depressed about it! I just don't know where we're going with this shit????

It's nuts....

I don't get it...and somehow I am a racist to boot among other things....I might might trigger some antifa snowflake with my Challenger too, lol :-)

 Quoting: InTune4529

I would advise you both to give less fucks about what people who don't know or have experienced your life have to say.

Obiously, some people are purely driven by agenda, but you don't really see that in the real world.

Fuck'em.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75169460

I'm sure you're correct and yet I can't help but feel a bit sick about it....

Let it go.....let it go...let it go....my mantra about all this bullshit...and yet it's still getting to me a bit...

I don't do facebook but I have a second one(I deleted my first one) that my brother created for me to keep up with family...I am not on there but I am on there more than I would admit...I steal pictures that my brothers post, but I don't have a presence at all. I just steal pictures of my family off of facebook....that sounds creepy....but it's not right?

I don't know, I just feel very sad about how divided our country is....I really do....I'm sure it will improve over time...

I didn't mean to offend at all. I hope it didn't come off that way.

Screw what the piss-willies think. Their voice falls into nothingness ultimately.

Cheers and sweet dreams.

I suppose I would care less if they weren't marching a few streets down from me and causing all this chaos. It wouldn't feel so "real" or close to me, like the people simply viewing it on the news.

Obviously there is an agenda here, and I'm not sure if these people are aware of that, and complicit in being part of it, or are being used. Seems bad both ways.
But ultimately you are correct...fuck 'em all. cheers

Goodnight everyone. grouphug

Okay, I've got a request. I need the name of a certain song. I tried 2 days ago to search for it online lyr*cs-wise, but no luck. Didn't show up on my search engine efforts..

It's in the video below, starting at 3:50 in. I originally thought it was by People Under the Stairs, but now I'm not so sure it is. It's a Bonus segment used in MSP's 2003 Focus DVD (that I can't locate in my place now).

You ever heard that song?

And no it ISN'T called 'The Breakdown'.

I already played that one on here last night, and it's not the same song.

It's NOT listed on MSP's website anywhere either (because it's a bonus add-on option after the main movie). Tried that website, no luck.

Can anyone even name the group that performs it? If not the specific song-name..

I put my sound hound on it...it wasn't correct?
