They have the surgery to have a curve on their backbone right befvore their butts, I think. I heard it in an interviewI didn't finish listening because it was boring. Some woman have that curve naturally, so it makes your ass look bigger and not flat, but it's more related to your bone structure than actual fat there. Shallow subject, lol.

And I have a huge heart, so

Ever seen girls posed trying to lift their butts in bikinis? If you have that curve in your backbone, you don't need to pose like that, your ass is always curvy.
