the lead singer in this group played Danny Glovers wife in Lethal Weapon!! her name is Darlene Love !! YES! And the BEST documentary came out this year about her and other background singers from the 60's/70's TWENTY FEET FROM STARDOM It is fantastic - I mean as in everyone in the theatre looking around and saying to each other - wasn't that wonderful?!
